Who uses this app
Life OS is a personal tool used only by its owner, with the owner's own Google accounts. It is not offered to the public, and it does not access anyone else's Google account.
What Google data it accesses and why
- Gmail (read-only): to show, search, and summarize the owner's own mail and to draft replies for the owner's review.
- Google Calendar (read-only): to plan the day around meetings and prepare meeting notes.
- Google Drive: to search and read the owner's documents and store the owner's own capture archive.
- Google Contacts (read-only): to recognize people, birthdays, and relationships.
- Google Chat (read-only): to surface direct messages and mentions that need a reply.
How the data is stored and shared
Data is stored in the owner's private Google Cloud project, encrypted in transit and at rest, and is not sold, shared, or used for advertising. Excerpts may be processed by AI models the owner configures, solely to produce results for the owner. Google user data is handled in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Actions and control
The app never sends mail, messages, or calendar changes without the owner approving that specific action. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and stored data can be deleted by the owner on request.
